  • Use, download, or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of the Community Services or other user or usage information or any portion thereof.

  • Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer or property of another.

    • Although NannyHere is under no obligation to review or monitor User Contributions, NannyHere reserves the absolute right to do so in its sole discretion. NannyHere also reserves the right to terminate your ability to use Community Services if you violate any of these Terms of Use or our policies, as determined in our sole discretion. NannyHere has no control over whether such User Contributions are of a nature that you might find offensive, distasteful, or otherwise unacceptable and, accordingly, NannyHere expressly disclaims any responsibility for User Contributions.
